New Doppelgunger update

Added a new update to my game.

Levels are completely revamped. Now with 10 levels.

Added two new types of blocks:

• Dirt block (bullets don't bounce of them)
• Box (bullets bounce of them but each use lowers box health)

There are two types of boxes:

• Small box (can be hit only two times)
• Large box (can be hit five times)

I might update game more but due some other work I am currently not able to.

Also feel free to leave any suggestions and tips on how to improve the game.
